Privacy Policy

SignonEffective / 시행일: 2026-10-31Current policy / 현재 방침

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to Signon: Sign & Stamp, previously named Signature, developed by Wonyoung Jang. The app identifier remains app.signature.prototype. The name and default language change do not add new data collection.

For app support, privacy questions, or help with deletion, email nex5turbo.app@gmail.com. Do not attach real signatures, seals, identity documents, contracts, passwords, or other sensitive files. Share the file type, OS and app version, and a redacted description of the issue instead.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores the names and types of your signatures and stamps; drawn strokes, colors, and widths; selected or captured images; document working PDFs; signature placement, size, and rotation; and edit and deletion revisions. Newly imported documents may also retain their original files for unchanged export. Preferences such as your selected app language are stored on your device.

There is no separate app account, developer-operated document upload or conversion server, advertising SDK, usage analytics SDK, or tracking feature in the app. Signature image processing, document conversion, editing, and export take place on your device. Word, Hangul, and PowerPoint conversion engines and fonts are included in the app.

3. Photos, camera, and files

The app reads items you choose through the system photo or file picker. Camera access is requested when you choose to take a photo. Selected images, camera captures, and documents are processed on the device for signature registration and document signing. The app does not implement collection of your entire photo library, contacts, microphone recordings, or precise location. You can cancel a picker or manage camera permission in device settings.

4. Optional iCloud sync

When iCloud Drive and the app’s iCloud access are enabled and available, library records are transferred to the app’s Apple iCloud container to sync between devices using the same Apple Account. These records may include signature images, document originals and working copies, and placement information. They are not sent to a developer-operated server. The app does not ask you to give the developer your Apple Account password.

Syncing and downloading files that are not yet on your device require internet access and available iCloud storage. Timing depends on Apple services and network conditions. Turning off iCloud access stops subsequent sync but does not immediately erase existing local or cloud copies. Switching accounts may leave the previous account’s downloaded library on the device.

Apple’s handling and protection of iCloud data are covered by Apple’s privacy information and iCloud data security information. Availability is subject to Apple’s service, account, and regional conditions.

5. Retention and deletion

You can delete signatures and documents from their item menus. A signature placed on a document is a snapshot: deleting its original library entry does not remove copies already placed on documents. Remove the placement or delete the relevant document to exclude that snapshot from your working library.

Deletion leaves a revision record used for synchronization. Older iCloud revisions and pre-deletion files may not be completely removed automatically. To remove all copies, review each device’s library, the app’s iCloud data, operating-system backups, and exported files, using Apple’s storage and deletion controls where applicable. Deleting the app alone does not delete every iCloud copy or file you exported elsewhere.

Local data may remain until you remove it or delete the app, and backups or restored copies may exist depending on your operating-system settings. Apple-hosted iCloud retention depends on your account settings and Apple policies. Contact us if you need help understanding copies or an account change; do not send the sensitive files themselves.

6. Export, sharing, and security

When you export a file or send it to another app, the destination’s privacy and security policies apply. Signature and seal images can be sensitive. Share them only where needed and with trusted recipients. Visual signatures in this app do not provide certificate-based digital signature verification or tamper-proofing.

The app uses the system sandbox and user-selected file access. It does not currently include a biometric app lock. Protect your device passcode and Apple Account settings. No storage or transmission method removes every risk.

7. Support requests and service providers

If you contact us by email, the email provider processes your address and the content you send. The developer accesses what is needed to respond. Ask about deletion of support messages when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations. Do not include sensitive documents in a request. App distribution, platform diagnostics, device backups, and optional iCloud use are governed by Apple’s policies and your platform settings.

The public Signon website is hosted on Vercel. Requests may be processed as part of ordinary hosting and security operations. The website has no user accounts, document upload form, or analytics script. It contains product information and usage guides; it is not an online document signing service.

8. Changes and support

We update the effective version when relevant data processing or functionality changes and retain earlier published documents. Material changes will be explained through the app or the policy page as appropriate. The previous Signature policy remains available at its existing address.

To add a signature, use the signature button in your library. To import a document, use the document button in My Documents. Supported inputs include PDF, system-supported images, DOC, DOCX, HWP, HWPX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, and RTF. Some formats are converted to PDF working copies on the device. Check converted layouts before signing, especially complex fonts, tables, and page breaks. Export signed results as PDF or supported images; Office and Hangul originals are exported unchanged, without added signatures.

Input documents must be 30 MB or smaller; Hangul and Office conversions support up to 200 pages. Password-protected and damaged files are not supported. Settings contains instructions, supported formats, and English, Korean, and Indonesian language options. English is the default for new installations. For help, use the contact in section 1.
