1. Scope and Data Controller
This Policy applies to the Gemoria mobile game and official website provided by TeamQT ("we," "us," or the "Operator"). We publish this Policy to explain how we process personal data safely and transparently in accordance with applicable law.
2. Information We Process and Why
We do not collect account or contact information that you directly submit. The following information may be processed automatically when you use the app or website.
| Service | Information processed | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics for Firebase | App Instance ID; depending on device settings, advertising identifiers; operating system, device model, language, and app version; app launch, update, screen view, session, and gameplay events; and approximate location derived from a masked IP address | Analyze usage, improve features and levels, and identify user flows where errors occur | Two months for user- and event-level data. Aggregated statistical reports may be retained longer |
| Vercel web hosting | IP address; request time and path; browser, device, and operating system information; approximate location based on IP; and security and server logs | Provide the website, maintain performance, protect security, and prevent abuse | As required under Vercel's policies and to provide the service |
Gemoria does not use Analytics data for personalized advertising or user-level profiling. This website currently uses no separate analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cookies.
3. Service Providers and International Transfers
Google AdMob advertising: Gemoria also displays banner and rewarded/interstitial advertising. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses and approximate location, advertising and device identifiers, ad impressions, interactions, diagnostics and consent choices to provide and measure ads and prevent fraud. The app uses Google UMP and applicable iOS tracking permission choices. Advertising privacy choices can be revisited where the SDK requires them. Refusing tracking does not stop every form of advertising data processing. AdMob retention follows Google's advertising policies and configuration and is not covered by the two-month Analytics retention stated above.
The providers below may process information to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
| Provider | Destination, timing, and method | Purpose and information | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC and its affiliates | Transferred over the network when Analytics events occur to the United States and other countries where Google or its agents operate facilities | Provide app usage analytics using the Analytics information listed in Section 2 | Two months for user- and event-level data, or as required by applicable law and Google's terms |
| Vercel Inc. and its infrastructure providers | Transferred over the network when a webpage is requested to the United States and countries where global edge infrastructure operates | Provide web hosting, delivery, and security using the web-hosting information listed in Section 2 | As provided by Vercel's policies and contractual terms |
For Firebase features that do not offer a location selection, data may be processed wherever Google or its agents operate facilities.
4. Your Rights and Choices
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights available under applicable law.
- Because Gemoria does not create user accounts, we do not directly connect a specific person to a pseudonymous Analytics identifier. We may need additional device or App Instance information to process a request.
- You may reset or limit identifiers stored on your device by deleting the app, clearing app data, or changing your operating system's advertising identifier settings.
- A parent or legal guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a child under 14.
5. Children's Privacy
Gemoria does not directly ask for age, name, or contact information and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we learn that a child's personal data has been processed without a lawful basis, we will verify the matter and promptly delete the data or take other appropriate protective measures.
6. Security
We apply safeguards appropriate to the volume and nature of the information we process, including encryption in transit, access restrictions, and service configuration reviews. Data automatically collected by Google Analytics for Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS.

If the information we process, our purposes, or our external services change, we will update this page before the change takes effect. We will separately notify users through the app or website of material changes affecting their rights.
