1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to Cat Nest / Cat Ball Sort (고양이 볼 소트, app identifier com.youngs.catball), operated by Wonyoung Jang. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact nex5turbo.app@gmail.com.
2. Game data on your device
Level progress, the current puzzle, undo history, unlocked cats, language and sound settings are stored on your device. The app does not provide account registration or a developer-operated cloud save service. We do not receive your saved puzzles. Removing the app may remove this data; device backup and restoration depend on your Apple settings.
3. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob for banners, ads between eligible completed levels, and rewarded ads for additional house spaces. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses and approximate location, app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash information, performance information and other diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement.
The app requests non-personalized ads, disables the same-app key and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing by Google. The app does not request precise location access.
Where applicable, Google's consent interface lets you agree, decline or manage advertising choices. An advertising privacy option appears in Settings when required by Google's SDK. Core puzzle play works without an internet connection; advertising availability depends on your choices, network access and the provider.
4. Optional usage analytics
Versions that include Firebase Analytics ask for your permission before enabling analytics. If you allow it, Google processes an app-instance identifier, app version, device and operating-system information, usage and session events, approximate location derived from network information, and gameplay events such as level starts, successful or failed level endings and move counts. We use these reports to understand engagement and improve the game. We do not send saved puzzle layouts, names, email addresses or a developer-assigned account user ID to Analytics.
Analytics is off until you choose Allow. You can change this choice in Settings under Game usage analytics. Declining does not prevent puzzle play. The app denies Analytics consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising; advertising services and their choices are described separately above.
Turning analytics off stops future analytics collection and requests a reset of the locally stored Analytics identifier and data. It does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Analytics data is retained and deleted according to the Analytics property's settings and Google's policies; uninstalling the app does not itself delete server-side data. Contact us for help with applicable access or deletion requests. Google may process this information outside your country under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions and service providers
The app does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location permissions. It has no in-app purchases or user messaging. Google provides advertising, related consent services and the optional Firebase Analytics service. Apple provides App Store distribution, device backup and platform diagnostics according to your settings.
Google and Apple may process information in the United States or other countries where their infrastructure operates. Their retention and processing practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information and Apple privacy information.
6. Retention, deletion and your choices
Local game data remains until you reset it, remove it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Advertising information is retained under Google's policies and service settings; deleting local progress does not necessarily delete data held by Google. You can use the app's advertising privacy option where available, manage device privacy settings, or contact us for assistance with access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. We do not sell your saved game data.
7. Security and children
Online SDK requests use the provider's secure connections. Do not send sensitive information in support requests. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's information or exercise applicable rights on the child's behalf. We do not ask players to submit names, contact details or dates of birth.
8. Policy changes
We update this policy when features or data processing change, record the effective date and retain earlier versions. Material changes are communicated through the app or the policy page as applicable.
